You’ll have a key voice in decisions related to client’s brand strategies, media, paid, earned and owned campaigns, analytics, and performance marketing. 

    What You’ll Do

    • Collaborating with the in-house production team in the creation and implementation of media strategy across all touchpoints and media channels, on time and within budget

    • Leading in the development of media strategy and presentations

    • Facilitating weekly communication with clients and agency to ensure the smooth stewardship of our clients’ media budgets

    • Reviewing work with a critical lens and providing feedback

    • Leading discussions that translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for creative and client teams

    • Analyzing data and drawing insights that make campaign plans more effective

    • Identifying opportunities for improvement in workflows

    • Presenting to high-level clients

    Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or a wide range of education and life experiences

    • 3-5 years of communication strategy with experience related to paid media

    • Hands-on experience with various media resources such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Suite, etc

    • Demonstrated experience shaping communication strategy within integrated campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media

    • Applied storytelling and data synthesis to craft actionable communication frameworks for campaigns

    • Copywriting experience is a plus

We're looking for a Marketing Accounts Manager (Brand Manager) who thrives at the center of the action—driving the work forward, strengthening client relationships, and helping fuel the culture that makes our agency unique. This role carries meaningful ownership. You’ll manage day-to-day workstreams, collaborate across disciplines, and engage directly with clients. You’ll be the connection between clients and internal production, ensuring strategic alignment, creative excellence, and seamless execution.

    What You’ll Do

    • Engage directly with clients, fostering relationships, providing updates, and ensuring seamless delivery of work

    • Serve as the primary point of contact across assigned accounts

    • Lead planning, timelines, scopes, and deliverables with accuracy and accountability

    • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, paid media, and production teams to keep projects aligned and moving

    • Prepare and route client materials, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and high-quality output

    • Oversee delivery of campaigns, content, and creative assets

    • Support research, insights gathering, and competitive analysis to inform project strategies

    • Track performance metrics and contribute insights during client presentations or status meetings

    • Participate actively in internal discussions, brainstorms, and team check-ins with thoughtful input

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines successfully

    • Solid understanding of the advertising and marketing process and how different disciplines connect

    • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, content workflows, and cross-channel campaign execution is a plus

    • Experience analyzing data and drawing insights that make media plans more effective

We're seeking an intern who is proactive and wants to gain experience. You will help create graphics, photos, web content, and short form videos. 

    What You’ll Do

    • Collaborate closely with project, strategy, paid media, and production teams to keep campaigns aligned and moving

    • Deliver content and creative assets for client campaigns

    • Participate actively in internal discussions, brainstorms, and team check-ins with thoughtful input

    • Identify opportunities for account growth or cross-service collaboration

    Where You Thrive

    • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities simultaneously

    Experience

    • Currently studying advertising, marketing, film production, or communications

    • Video editing experience in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve is preferred

    • Must have familiarity with entire Adobe Creative Cloud Suite

    • Previous internship experience is preferred

    • Work history of 2-4 years is required
