The Team & The Role
We're a growing, boutique-agency providing image-based, branding solutions and story crafting services. Our team thrives on collaboration, curiosity, and a culture that celebrates passion. We’re looking for an executive assistant who is highly organized and is able to anticipate needs before they arise.
What You’ll Do
Organize and manage complex calendars, coordinating meetings, reservations, and appointments across multiple time zones with precision
Act as the primary gatekeeper for executive time, prioritizing requests and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Screen, organize, and manage high-volume email correspondence, drafting thoughtful and strategic responses on behalf of the executive
Book and coordinate all domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and dining
Serve as the central point of communication between the executive and clients as well as other contracted workers
Handle confidential information and sensitive communications with discretion and professionalism
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, ensuring easy access to key documents
Anticipate executive needs proactively, identifying gaps and solving problems before they arise
Run personal and professional errands throughout the day, this may include lunch runs and grocery shopping

Experience
Bachelor’s degree
Work history of 1-2 years
Demonstrated professionalism and high level organizational skills
Basic Understanding of marketing and design

The Team & The Role
We're a growing, boutique-agency providing image-based, branding solutions and story crafting services. Our team thrives on collaboration, curiosity, and a culture that celebrates passion. We're seeking an intern who is proactive and wants to gain experience. You will help create graphics, photos, web content, and short form videos.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate closely with project, strategy, paid media, and production teams to keep campaigns aligned and moving
Deliver content and creative assets for client campaigns
Participate actively in internal discussions, brainstorms, and team check-ins with thoughtful input
Identify opportunities for account growth or cross-service collaboration
Where You Thrive
Clear and confident communication - written, verbal, and interpersonal
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities simultaneously
A proactive mindset with the ability to spot risks early and propose solutions
Experience
Currently studying advertising, marketing, film production, or communications
Must be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
Video editing experience in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve is preferred
Must have familiarity with entire Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
Previous internship experience is preferred
Work history of 2-4 years is required
